The ALDI Mobile app

  • When you open the app you'll see alerts affecting towers you've recently connected to
  • Make sure you update to the new app as the older version will soon be discontinued

Support during outages

We provide clear information during two types of network disruptions. For our complete outage support policy, click here.

  • Major outages affect 100,000+ services or an entire state/territory for 60+ minutes. During these events, we'll update this page, our website, call centre (1300 989 000), and X account.
  • Significant local outages affect smaller areas but still impact connectivity and affect 1000+ services in regional areas (lasting 6+ hrs) or 250+ services in remote areas (lasting 3+ hrs).

  • Option 1 (Recommended): In-app alerts

    View a list of current local outages on our significant local outages page. Note that this page shows all current alerts and doesn't support searching by postcode.
