I was initially sceptical but the quick connection on 2 occasions to ALDImobile customer services convinced me to try after being with the 2 big telcos. Porting of 3 mobile numbers and additional activation of a new SIM was easy and I was guided through by representative - numbers ported within minutes! I downloaded App and set up auto recharge. 3rd recharge and good reception anywhere we've travelled they use Telstra network. I would recommend!
I have been with ALDIMobile for 5 years now and I absolutely love it, despite being in a rural area I still get decent service and the prices are extremely cheap. Not only that but in 5 years the prices haven't gone up, the only thing that has increased is the amount of data which unlike other retailers they update for me automatically without me having to call up and ask for an upgrade which is only available to new customers! It's great to see a company is still giving their loyal customers the deals they offer new customers.

The software for managing our account is flexible, logical and easy. Some clever folk at ALDImobile have designed a great platform. + we're now saving $100/month.

This is a perfect network to use. Network is great. Customer service outstanding & saving $1000 + dollars a year on my phone plan. Easy transaction with keeping my number & auto recharge so no worrying about a high bill
Firstly it took about 2 mins to set up and that included porting my number from another carrier. Coverage is with the Telstra network, so it is as good as it gets bar none. Price is awesome and plenty of data for the money. And finally the App is very well set up with invoices and data usage right there on the front page. And you can even set up auto renew so you don’t have to worry about buying credit every month. Everyone needs to be on ALDImobile!!!

Data rollover applies only if current Plan is eligible for rollover and an equal or higher eligible Plan is added within 24 hours of previous Plan expiry. Unlimited standard calls excludes some use such as: calls to international numbers, video calls, satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers) and call forwarding. Unlimited standard SMS excludes some use such as: SMS to international or satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers).
Unlimited and included international calls and SMS are to eligible numbers and countries only, you can review the list of eligible numbers here. Mobile Plans and Family Plans can be added to a Pay As You Go plan, they cannot be added if you have a Data Plan. If you add one Plan whilst you have another active plan on your service, you will forfeit the original plan and any remaining data. Refer to our Critical Information Summaries to determine if these plans are right for you.
Auto Recharge can take up to 6 hours from the time your plan expires at midnight, Sydney time. If you need to use your service during this time either recharge manually or top-up your PAYG credit.
