From the 30 September 2026 the $23 and $29 5G Mobile Plans will no longer be available to new customers. Existing customers on those plans can continue to renew on an ongoing basis, provided they don’t switch to another plan (we will let you know in advance if there are future changes to this plans availability).

Q: What is happening to the $23 & 29 5G Mobile Plans?

A: The $23 and $29 5G Mobile Plan will no longer be available to new customers starting from the 30 September 2026. Existing customers can still renew on an ongoing basis (we will let you know in advance if there are future changes to this plans availability).

Q: Can I lose access to the $23 and $29 5G Mobile Plans?

A: If you are an existing customer, simply continue to renew on the plan and you will have access to it, if that changes, we will let you know.

If you recharge with another plan, you will lose access to the $23 and $29 5G Mobile Plans and you will not be able to go back to it.

Q: What happens to my Data Rollover balance?

A: If you are on the $23 or $29 5G Mobile Plans and have a Data Rollover balance, this will be maintained as you renew within 24 hours of your plans' expiry on the same or a higher mobile plan than your current mobile plan.

Q: What if I have a $23 or $29 5G Mobile Plan starter pack or recharge voucher that's still valid?

A: If you have an unused $23 or $29 5G Mobile Plan starter pack or recharge voucher that has not expired you can still use it and receive the benefits of the plan. And you will still be able to renew on the plan on an on-going basis (we will let you know in advance if there are future changes to this plans availability).
