Transferring your ALDI Mobile eSIM to a new phone

If you get a new compatible phone, you'll need a new eSIM. Contact our customer service team on 1300 989 000 to request a new eSIM for your new device. We'll send you a new QR code to scan on your new phone. Your phone number and plan remain the same.

Please note that we're getting ready to launch eSIM in October 2025, so some of the information in this article may not be valid until after this feature is released.
