Our family is using ALDImobile for years. We have 3 phones with ALDI sims. Reasonable price. Good coverage. No issues. In my work place, colleagues with other sims have issues with coverage. In front of them, I walk around proudly with my ALDI mobile
I changed from one of the major providers 2 years ago. Main reason was I needed more data and it was cheaper than others. Never had an issue with coverage or dropouts going up and down the east coast over this time. Like being able to choose top up value according to my budget. Never had to call customer service.
We switched our mobile phone services to ALDI almost from the start and it’s been hassle free. We have a $25 per month plan (including International calls) on one and $15 on the other and as far as I know they resell the Telstra network. We don’t need the international call bit any more since face time was introduced but we have so much accumulated call credit that we use the $25 as a mobile hot spot when travelling.
ALDI Mobile is great value. I have never had a problem with my ALDI Mobile account. Works really well for me and very good value. Good reception given I live in a regional area. ALDI uses the Telstra network so the reception is as good as your phone. Found support staff very helpful. I access my account via Chrome. No problems and I'm happy
I have been with Aldi Mobile and have had the best service compared to 3 other Telcos. The service is outstanding, and the price is really great including the good options they have. I highly recommend Aldi Mobile, including putting my extended family on Aldi Mobile.

I've been with Aldi Mobile for years and love them. They use the Telstra network so reliability no problem. I'm on a low cost plan and I get unlimited calls and texts etc. All unused data is rolled over which is very rare and I have more data in my bank than I will ever use. Its so good I recommend it to my kids and just signed my wife up.
Never let me down. I've had this service for more than 8 years. I've found coverage to be good and always helpful customer service staff.
Got an ALDImobile SIM card from my nearest ALDI store and it was super easy to activate and get started. The network is good enough and the data is enough for my needs.

Unlimited data rollover only applies if the same plan is added within 24 hours of previous plan expiry. If you move to a higher value plan data rollover may apply depending on eligibility criteria.
Unlimited standard calls excludes some use such as: calls to international numbers, video calls, satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers) and call forwarding. Unlimited standard SMS excludes some use such as: SMS to international or satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers).
Unlimited and included international calls and SMS are to eligible numbers and countries only, you can review the list of eligible numbers here. Mobile Plans and Family Plans can be added to a Pay As You Go plan, they cannot be added if you have a Data Plan. If you add one Plan whilst you have another active plan on your service, you will forfeit the original plan and any remaining data. Refer to our Critical Information Summaries to determine if these plans are right for you.
Auto Recharge can take up to 6 hours from the time your plan expires at midnight, Sydney time. If you need to use your service during this time either recharge manually or top-up your PAYG credit.
Double data is available for new services that connect to ALDImobile between 8 November 2024 and 31 January 2025 on an eligible plan. Double data is added to the data rollover balance and not the main plan allowances. Eligible customers will receive Double data on their first 3 recharges when they recharge with an eligible plan within 24 hours of their plans expiry. Customers who move to a plan that is not eligible for Double data will no longer be eligible to receive Double data, even if they later move back to an eligible plan.

If you’re using a mobile phone with your ALDImobile service it will need to be 4G VoLTE capable and be able to access emergency services (000) on both the Telstra Wholesale and other carrier's networks. Non-compliant mobile phones will be blocked from accessing the mobile network.
