From the 30 September 2026 we will be increasing the price of the $139 1 Year Super Pack to $159, we will also increase your data inclusions from 75GB to 95GB. This FAQ provides information about this change and how it will affect you.

Q: What is happening to the $139 1 Year Super Pack?

A: The $139 1 Year Super Pack will become the $159 1 Year Super Pack from the 30 September 2026, and the data inclusions will increase from 75GB to 95GB.

Q: What happens if I am currently on the $139 1 Year Super Pack?

A: Existing services on the $139 1 Year Super Pack will be handled as follows:

If you have Auto Recharge set to ON, we will automatically charge your account with the $159 1 Year Super Pack on your first recharge from the 30 September 2026.
If you have Auto Recharge set to OFF, you will need to select a new plan option using our portal or mobile app for your first recharge from the 30 September 2026.

Q: What happens to my Data Rollover balance?

A: If you are on the $139 1 Year Super Pack and have a Data Rollover balance, this will be maintained as you transition to the new pricing, as long as you recharge within 24 hours of your plans' expiry on a higher plan.

Go to my.aldimobile.com.au/activate/
Enter the activation code from the starter pack
Follow the on-screen process

If you bought a Super Pack in store

Please follow the steps below:

Login to your account
Click on "Recharge", then “Add voucher code”
Enter the voucher code that’s inside the pack
Follow the on-screen process
Note that if you have an existing plan, adding a Super Pack will override this and any unused data will not rollover

If you wish to renew or add a Super Pack

Please follow the steps below:

Login to your account
Check that you've saved your credit card or PayPal account in the Manage Account section
Click on “Recharge”
Click on “Mobile plans”
Choose the Super Pack you want and recharge
Note that if you have an existing plan, adding a Super Pack will override this and any unused data will not rollover

When will my data rollover?

If your current plan is eligible for data rollover and you renew the same plan by recharging within 24 hours of it expiring, your data will rollover (how much will depend on your specific plans rules).

What happens if I change plans?

If you are changing plans, you may be eligible to rollover your data.

Data will rollover when you change plans within 24 hours of your previous plans expiry when the following occurs:

Your new plan is within the same plan group (e.g. Mobile Plan to Mobile Plan), and;
The new plan is of a higher value than your current plan (e.g. $25 Mobile Plan to $35 Mobile Plan).

If you are on a Family Plan, please note that you are not able to change to another Family Plan.

How much data can I rollover?

If your eligible recharge is on a Mobile Plan, Family Plan or 1 Year Super Pack, all you unused data will rollover.

If your eligible recharge is on Data Plan, the amount you can rollover is determined by your Data Plan, if you have more data that your plans rollover allowance the additional data will not rollover and will be forfeited.

How does data rollover work?

If your recharge is eligible and you are able to rollover unused data, your plan will have a data balance linked to your current plans allowanced and a data rollover balance which contains the data you have rolled over.

When using data, your plans allowance is used first and if this has been exhausted you will then consume data from your data rollover balance.

If you have data rollover and your next recharge is not eligible for data rollover, all unused data on your service will be forfeited.

When will my data not rollover?

Your data will not rollover when the following occurs:

Your recharge occurs 24 hours or more after your current plans expiry;
If you move to a different type of plan (e.g. a Mobile Plan to a Super Pack), your data will not rollover, even if the new plan value is higher.
If you move to a lower value plan (e.g. $35 Mobile Plan to $25 Mobile Plan), you data will not rollover, even though you are changing plans within the same plan group.

When will my data rollover?

What happens if I change plans?

Data will rollover when you change plans within 24 hours of your previous plan's expiry when both of the following conditions are met:

Your new plan is within the same plan group and validity period as your current plan (for example, a 30-day Mobile Plan to another 30-day Mobile Plan); and
Your new plan is of a higher value than your current plan.

Please note: To change to a different Family Plan, your current Family Plan must first be removed before the new one is applied. As a result, rollover data can't be carried across.
