Our plans are changing

This update outlines upcoming changes that will take effect to some of our plans from 13 November 2024.

If you’ve received an SMS or email letting you know about the changes it is because you have a service on your ALDImobile account that recently recharged with one of these plans.

Here's what’s changing:

  1. The $17 Mobile Plan will no longer be available. Existing customers will be offered the $19 Mobile Plan.
  2. The $35 Mobile Plan will no longer be available. Existing customers will be offered the $39 5G Mobile Plan.
  3. The $45 Mobile Plan will no longer be available. Existing customers will be offered the $49 5G Mobile Plan.
  4. The $48 Mobile Plan will no longer be available. Existing customers will be offered the $49 5G Mobile Plan.
  5. The $55 5G Mobile Plan will no longer be available. Existing customers will be offered the $59 5G Mobile Plan.

Plans set to Auto Recharge

From 13 November 2024, if your service is set up for Auto Recharge, we will automatically charge the new amount on your first recharge. On this same recharge, you'll receive your updated inclusions, and if you're on an impacted plan, you'll be moved to the offered plan.

Any unused data on your current mobile plan will roll over to the offered plan when you renew within 24 hours of your plan expiry. However, if you move to a lower-priced plan, your unused data will not roll over.

If you don't want to be automatically renewed on the offered plan, you can disable Auto Recharge via My ALDImobile or the ALDImobile app. In this case, when your current plan expires, you'll need to manually recharge and select a new plan or use PAYG credit to continue using your service.
