Once you've made a complaint

Confirmation

If you contact us by phone or email, you will receive a complaint reference number straight away.

Response

We aim to respond to Urgent Assistance complaints within 1 business day and 2 business days for other complaints, from the time that we receive it.

Please note that Urgent Assistance complaints are those that involve financial hardship, medical or emergency reasons or are related to impending or improper service disconnection.

Resolution

We work towards resolving issues according to these timeframes:

  • Urgent Assistance complaints: Within 2 business days.
  • Complex complaints: Within 15 business days but will let you know if we need more time.
  • General complaints: We typically resolve these within 5 business days.
Escalation

In the unlikely event that you remain dissatisfied with the resolution we have provided, you may consider referring your case to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO).
