If you have placed your ALDImobile SIM card into your phone, your phone may ask you for a network unlock code.

If your phone does ask you for a network unlock code, it is most likely locked to the network provider that you originally purchased it from.

ALDImobile is not able to unlock a network locked handset - only the original network provider is able to do this for you.

To unlock your network locked handset, please get in contact with the provider it is locked to and ask them for a network unlock code.
