How can I check my data usage?

You can check your balance via our mobile app, via the My ALDI Mobile section of our website, or by sending the word balance via SMS to 590

Checking data usage history

If you’d like to check your usage history;

  1.  Login to your My ALDI Mobile account
  2. If you have more than one service, select the service you want to view the usage for
  3. Click "Manage Account" > "My service" > "Usage"
  4. Select the the dates you wish to view your usage between
  5. Click "My usage"

Usage records are received daily and may be delayed by up to 48 hours, so it is likely that your latest usage may not be showing here and you may need to check back later.
