Reporting a lost or stolen phone with an eSIM

If your phone is lost or stolen, contact us immediately to suspend your service.

When you get a replacement phone, you can request a replacement eSIM from our team on 1300 989 000 and we can issue a new eSIM QR code for you to activate on your new device.

Your phone number and any remaining plan inclusions will transfer to the new eSIM.

Please note that we're getting ready to launch eSIM in October 2025, so some of the information in this article may not be valid until after this feature is released.
