Mobile app – Getting ready for something exciting!
Important: The ALDImobile app is currently not available to new Android users. Existing customers can continue using it as normal for now. When we release the new app, existing users will be required to download it, and we’ll notify you at that time.
In the meantime, new Android users can access My ALDImobile from their a device to manage their service on the go - check balance, usage, recharge, and more.
iOS users can continue to download the ALDImobile Mobile App from the App store.
What’s happening?
We’re updating our app to deliver new features and improvements for a better experience.
When is this happening?
The Android app will be temporarily unavailable for new users until the new version is released soon. Existing users won’t be affected until the new app launch.
What do I need to do?
If you’re an existing user, no action is needed now. We'll let you know when and how to update the app in order to enjoy the latest features. New Android users will be able to download the updated app soon.
Can I keep using the old version?
To access your account via the app, you’ll need the latest version once it’s available. If you prefer not to update, you can always log in via the My ALDImobile website.
