How does the double data offer work?
From 15 November until 7 February 2024, ALDImobile offered a bonus data promotion to all new pre-paid customers and existing customers who upgraded from their current mobile plan to a higher value, eligible Mobile Plan.
How was the offer claimed?
If you ordered online, or purchase your SIM in store between 15 November 2023 and 7 February 2024, and activate an eligible plan, you were eligible for the promotion.
If you were an existing customer on a $17 Mobile Plan or higher, and moved to a higher priced 5G Mobile Plan during the promotional period between 15 November 2023 and 7 February 2024, you were eligible for the promotion. You can find the list of eligible plans in the table below.
If you bought a starter pack online, it may take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you're worried about the time it will take for your starter pack to arrive, you can always visit one of our stores to purchase one instead. Click here to find the store nearest to you.
Please note that bonus data will be added to your data rollover balance, on top of your regular plan. You’ll receive bonus data only on your first recharge or activation during the promotional period.

How do I claim my bonus data?
When you perform an eligible recharge, your bonus data was automatically added to your data rollover balance.
What do I do if I didn't get my bonus data?
If you believe you should have been eligible for this offer, but cannot see that bonus data has been added to your rollover balance, please send us an eSupport message from your online account.
