How does the May - July 2023 bonus data offer work?

From 19 May 2023 until 31 July 2023, ALDImobile offered a bonus data promotion to new customers.

How do I claim the offer?

If you ordered online, or purchased your SIM in store between 19 May and 31 July 2023, and activated an eligible plan by 14 August 2023, you'll be eligible for the promotion.

If you buy a starter pack online, it may take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you're worried about the time it will take for your starter pack to arrive, you can always visit one of our stores to purchase one instead. Click here to find the store nearest to you.

How does the offer work?

Customers activating a new service with ALDImobile and recharging on an eligible plan between 19 May and 14 August, 2023 will receive bonus data on their initial recharge and the following 5 recharges onto eligible plans.

How do I claim my bonus data?

When you perform an eligible recharge, your bonus data will be automatically added to your data rollover balance.

What is an eligible recharge?

An eligible recharge is a recharge the meets the following criteria:

  • Is a recharge to an eligible plan of the same plan type (e.g. Mobile Plan to Mobile Plan)
  • Is performed within 24 hours of the expiration of the previous recharge

Do I need to stay on the same plan to continue getting the bonus?

If you recharge with any of the eligible plans above, you will receive the data bonus associated with that plan.

However, if you recharge with a lower value plan than your previous plan, you will lose your data rollover balance.

If you move from an eligible plan to an ineligible plan, you will stop receiving the bonus data offer. If you move back to an eligible plan within the promotional period, you will begin receiving the bonus data again.

What do I do if I didn't get my bonus data?

If you believe you should be eligible for this offer, but cannot see that bonus data has been added to your rollover balance, please send us an eSupport message from your online account.
