In light of the devastating landslide in Papua New Guinea, ALDImobile is extending support to help customers stay connected with loved ones in the affected region.

Effective from 30 May 2024 up to and including 5 June 2024, we are providing toll free voice calls to Papua New Guinea.

Please note that these mechanism used to deliver toll free calls will not generate any call records for Papua New Guinea during this period, meaning that you will not be charged for any voice calls made to the country during the period.

This support is limited to voice calls only and does not apply to SMS, MMS, data usage or international roaming.

We understand the importance of maintaining communication during such tragic events. Our thoughts are with those impacted by the landslide, and we hope this provides some relief to customers with family and friends in Papua New Guinea.
