What do I need to do when 3G shuts down?

To ensure uninterrupted service, you must be using a 4G ready device from 28 October 2024. To continue to make calls you'll need a 4G device with VoLTE (HD Calling) capability.

When upgrading, be sure to check its specifications on the manufacturer's website to confirm compatibility with our 4G network, and also the 5G network if you intend to take advantage of a 5G-enabled plan.
