With the $80 Family Plan you can make unlimited standard calls and SMS to 20 countries. You also have 400 included call minutes and 200 SMS to another 30 countries. View the eligible numbers and countries here.
The Family Plan data allowance is shared between an Owner and up to 3 Users. It allows you to set limits on individual User services.
If your family runs out of data before your plan expires, Top Up with 3GB for $15.
If there’s data left when your plan expires, recharge with the same Family Plan within 24 hours to roll it over. Find out more about data rollover.
Owner:
If the Owner terminates their service or recharges with a different plan, the Family Plan is cancelled. Users will stay on the same account in the Owner’s name with only their PAYG balance available for calls, SMS and data.
User:
You can recharge your Family Plan through your online account each time your plan expires. Better still, enable Auto Recharge via the Family Plan dashboard and let us take care of it for you. We’ll even send an SMS and email to let you know we’ve recharged for you. Click here to find out more about Auto Recharge.

I was initially sceptical but the quick connection on 2 occasions to ALDImobile customer services convinced me to try after being with the 2 big telcos. Porting of 3 mobile numbers and additional activation of a new SIM was easy and I was guided through by representative - numbers ported within minutes! I downloaded App and set up auto recharge. 3rd recharge and good reception anywhere we've travelled they use Telstra network. I would recommend!

Any MMS that includes video costs $1 and is taken from your Pay As You Go (PAYG) credit.
²Continuous Data Rollover only applies if the same Family Plan is added within 24 hours of previous plan expiry.
If you add a Family Plan to your service or join a Family Plan whilst you have a Mobile or Data Plan, you will forfeit that plan and any remaining data. Refer to our Critical Information Summary to determine if this is the right plan for you.
Auto Recharge can take up to 6 hours from the time your plan expires at midnight, Sydney time. If you need to use your service during this time either recharge manually or top-up your PAYG credit.
