I was initially sceptical but the quick connection on 2 occasions to ALDImobile customer services convinced me to try after being with the 2 big telcos. Porting of 3 mobile numbers and additional activation of a new SIM was easy and I was guided through by representative - numbers ported within minutes! I downloaded App and set up auto recharge. 3rd recharge and good reception anywhere we've travelled they use Telstra network. I would recommend!
I am very impressed with ALDImobile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I opted for the FAMILY PLAN. I got the help I needed migrating my family of 4 from OPTUS & TELSTRA. The software for managing our account is flexible, logical and easy. Some clever folk at ALDImobile have designed a great platform. + we're now saving $100/month.

¹Unlimited standard calls excludes some use such as: calls to international numbers, satellite numbers, video calls, premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers) and call forwarding. Unlimited standard SMS/MMS excludes some use such as: video MMS, SMS/MMS to international or satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers). Any MMS that includes video is charged at $1 and is taken from your Pay As You Go credit (PAYG).
Super Packs can be added to a Pay As You Go plan. If you add a Super Pack whilst you have another active plan or Super Pack on your service, you will forfeit the original plan and any remaining data. Refer to our Critical Information Summaries to determine if these plans are right for you.
Auto Recharge can take up to 6 hours from the time your plan expires at midnight Sydney time, if you need to use your service during this time either recharge manually or top-up your PAYG credit.
