I was initially sceptical but the quick connection on 2 occasions to ALDImobile customer services convinced me to try after being with the 2 big telcos. Porting of 3 mobile numbers and additional activation of a new SIM was easy and I was guided through by representative - numbers ported within minutes! I downloaded App and set up auto recharge. 3rd recharge and good reception anywhere we've travelled they use Telstra network. I would recommend!
I am very impressed with ALDImobile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I opted for the FAMILY PLAN. I got the help I needed migrating my family of 4 from OPTUS & TELSTRA. The software for managing our account is flexible, logical and easy. Some clever folk at ALDImobile have designed a great platform. + we're now saving $100/month.
