Terms and conditions

The ALDImobile service is offered by MEDION Australia Pty Ltd and is for personal use only. Activation or use of the SIM card constitutes acceptance of the MEDIONmobile Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. Visit our legal page for more information.

To access our service you will need supply your own device. As a minimum your device must be compatible with 3G 850Mhz. To access 4G for data/MMS/SMS your device will need to be compatible with 700 & 1800 Mhz. In limited locations 900, 2100 & 2600 Mhz are available as well. 3G only devices cannot access the 4G network. If unsure please check with device manufacturer.

Any unused credit or inclusions (unless Data Rollover applies) are forfeited when your plan expires, you cancel or transfer your number and cannot be refunded.

Mobile / Family / Data Plans & Super Packs

For new ALDImobile customers. If you have an existing ALDImobile service you should recharge by logging into My ALDImobile or via the app and select your plan.

To access your plan you will need to recharge with the voucher code included with your SIM Starter Pack when you activate your service. The plan inclusions that you receive will be the inclusions for your plan offered at the time you redeem your voucher. Inclusions excludes all use overseas.

Data Rollover applies when you recharge with another plan from the same plan group (eg; Mobile Plan to Mobile Plan) of equal or higher value within 24 hours of the previous plans expiry. If you move between plan groups (eg; Mobile Plan to Data Plan, Mobile Plan to Super Pack) your data will not rollover and any unused data will be forfeited.

Unlimited standard calls on Super Packs, Mobile & Family Plans excludes some use such as: calls to international numbers, satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers) and call forwarding. Unlimited standard SMS/MMS on Super Packs, Mobile & Family Plans excludes some use such as: video MMS, SMS/MMS to international or satellite numbers, and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers). Any MMS that includes video or audio is charged at $1 and is taken from your Pay As You Go credit (PAYG). To use services that are not included in your plan you can add Pay As You Go credit.

Data Plans do not include any calls. Limits apply to the amount of unused that that you can rollover.

$159 and $249 Super Packs are available online from 23 June to 7 July 2021.
