How does data work?
Data on a Family Pack is shared between the Owner and up to 3 Users which delivers great value and flexibility.
You can set data limits for Users, to limit the amount of data they can access from the shared data. If you don't set limits, everyone shares the data until it has all been used.
If you don't use all the data allowance that the Family Pack gives you, then any leftover data will simply rollover, provided you recharge with another Family Pack within 24 hours. Find out more about data rollover.
On the other hand, if you run out and need to buy some extra before your next recharge, simply purchase one of our Family Pack Data add-ons.
You’re in control
You can add yourself and up to 3 other Users to a Family Pack. As the owner of a Family Pack, you can monitor everyone’s usage through your My ALDImobile Account.
You can simply share the data across all services or set limits to control how much data your Users have access to. It’s great if you want to manage your family’s data usage and allocate extra data when you need to.
For example, you can set limits so your 3 Users can access up to 5GB each, leaving you with the remainder of your pack's data to use. You cannot set a limit on your Family Pack Owner service so remember, the more you consume, the less there is for your Users. Find out more about data limits here.
