Why will my device stop working when 3G shuts down?

We are making improvements to our network to provide better mobile experiences and transition to modern, energy-efficient mobile networks.

As part of this process, we will be retiring the 3G mobile network. This means that devices that are 3G-only or not compatible with 4G will no longer work once the 3G network is closed.

If you have received an SMS or email from us stating that your device is 3G-only, it is necessary for you to upgrade to a 4G ready device by 30th June in order to continue using our services.
