Canstar Blue commissions market research companies, to ask Australians about their experiences. In 2017 we received the award for most satisfied customers (prepaid) for the 3rd time.

"For the third year in a row, ALDI Mobile has been rated highest when it comes to prepaid mobile phone plans in Australia. ALDI was rated five stars across all research categories, including network coverage, customer service, value for money and overall satisfaction".

2016 marked the 15th year of Money magazine's Best of the Best awards edition. ALDImobile was awarded (for the 2nd year) "Best Value Prepaid Mobile - Low Usage" for our Pay As You Go plan.

Money magazine says the standout feature of this plan is the 365-day credit expiry. Winners were ranked by the days to expiry and the price of a two-minute call. Providers with 50% more than average TIO complaints per 10,000 subscribers a year were excluded.
