Ready to get started with your Family Pack?
There’s a few different ways to create your Family Pack depending on your circumstances. Make sure you read the 4 options below to check the correct way to get your Family Pack set up.
Already an ALDImobile customer? Check out Options 2, 3 and 4 to find the right one for you.
Option 1: You're new to ALDImobile
If you have a 4 SIM Family Pack that you purchased in-store or brand new individual SIM Starter Packs then this is the right option for you and you can get started right now.
Option 2: You have existing services on the same ALDImobile account
If you already have an ALDImobile account that contains all the services you want to add to your Family Pack, then you're a few simple steps away from creating your Family Pack. Just make sure you are logged in, recharge the owner service with a Family Pack using the voucher included with the 4 SIM Family Pack purchased in-store or a credit card online and then you can build your pack by adding Users to the Pack. Option 3: You have a combination of new and existing ALDImobile services
If you already have an ALDImobile service/s and you want to add a brand-new service to your Family Pack, you'll need to purchase either a 4 SIM Family Pack in-store or SIM cards for each new service. Once you have these you'll need to do 2 things:
Firstly, make sure you're logged in to your existing account and then process the activation of your new SIM card.
Secondly, once all the services are active on your account you are ready to create your Family Pack and can follow the steps described above in Option 2.
Option 4: You want to move existing ALDImobile services from different accounts
Did you know it’s also possible to invite other ALDImobile services that are not on your account to join your Family Pack? Simply recharge with a Family Pack using a voucher included with the 4 SIM Family Pack purchased in-store or a credit card to get started.
Once your Family Pack is active on your Owner service, you’ll see the option to invite other services to your Family Pack.
The invitation will be sent to the online account of the recipient and if they accept, the ownership and name of their service will be transferred to you, and their service will be moved to your account and added to your Family Pack.
